Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Sales Engineer at Short Circuit Company in Giza. The Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical sales support, communication with clients, sales engineering, and overall sales activities within the company.
Key Responsibilities
Understanding Customer Needs: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements, pain points, and technical challenges.
Product Demonstration and Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations that showcase the value proposition of the company's products or services.
Technical Consulting: Provide expert technical advice and guidance to customers on product selection, configuration, and integration.
Proposal and Quotation Preparation: Prepare accurate and competitive proposals and quotations that address customer needs and meet business objectives.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within customer organizations.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Track sales performance, identify trends, and prepare regular reports for management.
Customer Training: Provide training to customers on product usag, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Requirements
Experience 1-3 years
Technical Sales and Sales Engineering skills
Technical Support experience
Strong communication skills
Ability to effectively engage in sales activities
Experience in the sales field
Knowledge of LED technology is a plus
Bachelor's degree in electrical Engineering or related field
Good command of English language is a must
