Operations Specialist

Role Description

Short Circuit Company is seeking a highly organized and proactive operations specialist to join our team in Giza. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will play a crucial part in maintaining efficient workflows across various departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling, budget management, Optimising processes, record-keeping, and ensuring seamless communication within the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support

    • Manage and direct phone calls professionally.
    • Process and track office expenses, ensuring accurate reporting.
    • Maintain both physical and digital employee records.
    • Organize and update company documents and filing systems.
  • Scheduling & Coordination

    • Plan and coordinate internal and external meetings.
    • Ensure smooth scheduling of appointments and company events.
    • Distribute incoming mail and correspondence efficiently.
    • Handle communication with vendors, suppliers, and clients as necessary.
  • Office & Team Support

    • Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
    • Address employee and client inquiries via email, phone, or in person.
    • Assist in preparing presentations, spreadsheets, and reports.
    • Keep office policies updated and ensure compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in operations management or office administration, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (MS Word & Excel required).
  • Familiarity with office equipment, such as printers and fax machines.
  • Bachground in supply chain management and data analysis is a plus.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Basic math skills for budget tracking and expense reporting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent command in English language (verbal and written).
